What is IRS Form 990-EZ?
Form 990-EZ is an annual information return filed by tax-exempt organizations to report revenue, expenses, organizations activities, names of trusts and officers, organizations engagement, and other activities.
Organizations with gross receipts less than $200,000 and total assets less than $500,000 at the end of the year must file Form 990-EZ.

When is the Due Date to File Form 990-EZ?
IRS Form 990-EZ is due on the 15th day of the 5th month after the organization's accounting period ends.
